external access
We want to give external access to our clients. We have tried suing the Helpdesk functionality, but it removes some of the information that we want our clients to have.
Is there a way to customise the screens so that they have access, but limit what they can see.
We have created an external access group, but that doesn't quite, restrict them enough.
