On occasion, we have a need to edit the "source" on an incident. Usually this is because someone submitted an email to one of us directly and we forward to Gemini; we want to change the "source" (email address) to be theirs so they will receive Converse notifications. Is there a way to do this without having to result to a SQL UPDATE statement?
