Custom fields showing populated on items where custom field shouldn't appear

We have a custom field called "Bug Severity" this field is available to all projects when a bug is created/viewed/edited using a screen for each. However when creating a view for this field the field is being populated in other item types.

Please make sure that the other types are not using the same screen.

The only other screen it shows under is "IS Projects" which is the default screen for our projects.

No other types are using the "Bug Create", "Bug View", or "Bug Comment" screen.

But they might not be using any screen in which case all fields will be shown.
