Receiving Email Alerts for random tickets

Hi, I have a user who is receiving email alerts for some random tickets that he is not a watcher of, or he is not even a member of the project. We have checked on those tickets if someone made him a watcher by mistake, but we don't see his name under the list of watchers of that ticket.

How do I check what is going on with this user and how do I stop these random emails sent out to him that he don't need to see.

Which version of Gemini are you running? What is your email engine (Administration -> Notifications)?

Do you know if the item was created by a mailbox?

Version: v3.6.4 Build 2630

I dont have access to administration page, but I think the email engine is Countersoft Scheduler Service.

The issue was creating by logging into the website but not my email. Is that what you were looking for?

Can the user see the project at all?

Yes, the user is able to do and see everything is he access to... But the problem is, he is receiving updates as emails from the issues he is not related to (or not in the list of watchers, or assigned to).
