We currently have a change pipeline in which we prioritise our outstanding tasks from 1-20 etc every week, I've been looking at gemini to manage these tasks, is there any way we can do this easily with this platform? I'd rather not have to create 20 different priorities.

Also can we set limits as to the amount of tasks set at a specific priority/status?
