Active directory - not importing users

Hi i've recently installed the latest version of Gemini and I've set up the LDAP connection to import users from Active Directory. From the administrator section console everything connects correctly to AD.

The users are not being synced in and i'm seeing the below error in the event log.

We are using this over an SSL connection.

When I restart the scheduler I receive the following error message.


System - The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. - at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.BaseService.ProcessResponse[T](String url, Object obj, RequestType requestType) at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.UsersService.GetUserCount() at Countersoft.Gemini.Scheduler.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectory.Process() at Countersoft.Gemini.Scheduler.Process.Program.Main(String[] args)


Any help would would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the only error you are getting from the scheduler? Can you please open a browser and naviage to: http://your gemini url/api/users.ashx/userscount what do you get back?

It is the only error i'm receiving back...

So far i've got three users in there.

Can you try and do the same from the browser on the actual server where the scheduler is installed? Also, are you using windows authentication?

We are using windows authentication.
