Restrictions for creating a new project in the free version

I wuold like to understad the existing restrictions regarding the free version against the paid one. We are currently running the Gemini 2.0.3 and we have 3 projetcs on going, I need to create a new project, is that possible in our current version? Many thanks Best Regards. Marcela Latugaye.

The only restricitions are on user creation with the free version.
