Is there a way to to add comments on a reply email?
We have set up a mailbox to create issues when an an email is sent to support@company.com the problem is there are other people on this email as well. As soon as they "reply-all" we are getting multiples of issues created. Is there a way to specify a ticket number or something in the subject line that will append a comment instead of creating a new issue?
