Hi, the Gemini creates a new Gemini item every time a comment is added to a Gemini item. We have a help desk email address setup to let Gemini automatically create a new Gemini item whenever there is a new email sent to the help desk address.

Figured that out myself. Removed the Help Desk's account from Gemini, and no longer replicates.
