1.5.4 error

The previous version worked ok. Dekstop and time tracking client work fine.

here is the error I get when I open or close outlook 2007:

Hi! Dnndev.

Just to confirm, you are using Outlook add in version 1.5.4? What was the previous version that worked ok?

Please check which version of the CounterSoft DLL 'Countersoft.gemini.client.commons' is installed in GAC (Windows\assembly)

While I was waiting for a response yesterday I un-installed the addin. (was giving me the same error posted every time I started or closed outlook)

When I reinstalled the addin today I no longer get the error and everything seems to be working fine. The GAC has version 3.5.4.2396, before I was using outlook addin version 1.5.3

Another clue may be that yesterday when it was not working it was not prompting me for a login, today it did. we are using windows authentication

**The tooltip for the outlook addin (yellow circle with check mark) shows version 1.5.1 build 2365)
