Autoreply emails - what do others use?

This is a general question, not a Gemini related one.
We have enabled the MailboxProcessor so issues can be logged via email and would like to set up an autoreply so that the user gets a response from us saying we received their issue.
This is fairly common from my own experience on the internet.
What do other people use to set this up? I can't find any way to adequately acheive it just with Outlook and my IT admin person says they don't know how to set it up either so I'm keen to know what other products/features are out there that will acheive a simple autoresponse message on an Exchange mailbox.
