Unable to log into Gemini Desktop Twice (Update)

I installed Gemini desktop and I am able to log in fine the first time, however after closing and restarting Gemini Desktop and entering the same credentials, I am unable to log in. The only difference I can find between the initial login, is that the login window will not allow me to select a language from the drop down box. I have already configured the ASHX handler to accept all verbs so I do not believe that is the problem.

Which version of Gemini and desktop?
What type of authentication are you using (windows or forms)?

I am using Windows XP, Gemini 3.5.4, Gemini Desktop 3.5.1, and Forms authentication.

Please uninstall all addons (Desktop, VSAddin) and also make sure registry is blank if not then please manually delete them from: "[HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\CounterSoft\Gemini]".
re-install the desktop.
