3.0.4 --> 3.1.0 Upgrade....Lost Projects links

I just upgraded Gemini to 3.1.0 and once logged out and back in I have no "Projects" link anymore and the breadcrumb is disabled for my login (Administrator).  I can still see and use the Administration link.  Please help as quickly as possible as we'll have users in the system in the AM.  I do have a commercial license.  Thanks.

Figured it out......Portal Mode User Group setting had been changed.  Once switched we're back in business.
