In the issue list at the bottom, the scroll bar bottoms out after scrolling only one row. Six issues show, and with the scroller you can see the seventh in the list. However the project I am viewing has 81 issues. Thus 74 issues cannot be accessed.

I tried to click on an issue and use the down arrow to move down the list, but after onlyu a few beyond the initial six, I get an Unhandled Exception from ScrollBar.SetValue()
