Issue type images displayed are incorrect

Gemini 3.1.1 (Build 2212)

The images listed for issue type seem to reference .png extension instead of the custom scheme's extension .jpg for the desired images on the project homepage and all project reporting page.  Reviewing the issue type scheme shows the correct totals with the correct image in the selected column.

Okay, I'm loosing my mind. After completing the prior post I went back into Gemini to find that the issue type images now appear correctly after a refresh. I did not make any change and have no clue how the issue fixed itself. It seems quirky, sometimes after an upgrade there are instances where the application may say "Insufficient Rights" for a given action then the next time you refresh the page and then Gemini works fine from there on out until the next upgrade.

Anyone else have or seen these type of anomalies?
