What we want: keep some of the Issues hidden from the General Group called: "Business Clients".

In the previous version the application provided a nice feature called, if I well remember, "Private". When marked private, the issue was vizible only to our Development team. I don't see to find a similar feature under the new version.

Any suggestion how can this be acchieved?
