Can't administer app after upgrade

I was able to get my server upgraded from 2.0.5 to 3.0.  Everything was working until I applied the new license key.  Now it's not accepting my Windows login as an actual user.

I'm not getting the administration link on the top of the screen anymore.

very strange...I changed the auth mode back to Forms... and then back to Windows.  It's back to working.

Sorry for false alarm.
