What constitutes "Malicious Data"

web-app

I am trying to create a comment for an issue, and when I click on the create button, the comment is not created and the error message just says:

"Malicious Data"

I cannot paste the exact text here, but I am not using any html tags.  The only non alpha chars that I am using are:

( ) . , =

What is triggering this error?

Does the word "Password" constitute malicious data?  I use that word a lot in this particular comment.

Actually, after pasting paragraph by paragraph until I got the error, looks like the word "alert" is considered malicious, even though it was not in quotes, tags, etc..  Is there any way around this?

Where did you put this? Comment? If so, what editor are you using?
