Eventing changes to the desktop from web

Does the Gemini Desktop app support change notifications when an issues are modified on the server? In other words, if someone adds/modifies an issue on the web interface, when do the changes propagate to the Desktop app? Do we need to reconnect in order to do this?

It will pull down the latest issue when opening the issue (double click on the grid).
To refresh the grid click on the login button or re-execture the filter.
