Before i do does anyone know of an existing one i can just use or get ideas from

We are thinkning of doing the same, primarily to cut down on the e-mail deluge it creates.  I'd like to know how things are going for you and what area you are focusing on.

Hi,

Did you get anywhere with this. We are in th eearly stages of moving to Sharepoint and this would make it easier for the users to have a central point of reference
