What permission must an issue creator be granted in order to allow them to set the 'Fixed for version' field upon issue creation? I've done some testing and the only role that seems to enable the field is 'Issue Administration'. That role is far too liberal for what I'm trying to accomplish.

Any help/info greatly appreciated.
