Contractural Reporting : Time to resolution, Items open at month start / end, etc

We use Gemini to manage customer enhancements as well as our internal development.

One thing which is painful (for me anyway, who can't easily get into the db myself) is the end of month contract report.  We need to produce things like:

- Time to resolution for each issue (effectively how long to change between one state and another - we don't fully close an item until it has been released to teh customer Production environment)

- Item activity over the month: what items where open at the start of the month, end of month, or were opened and closed during the month.  Often this is summarised by priority.

We also generate reports of logged hours (much easier now thanks to some scripts posted on this forum at http://community.countersoft.com/forums/thread/1561.aspx - using this script we can generate enough to populate Excel and make it all pretty.

At the moment, it takes me a couple of days each month do generate these reports (definitely not the highlight of my working week).

I appreciate that for full contract management functionality, it would require a lot more work around resolution times etc, but this reporting enhancement would certainly help me, and I'm sure a number of other folks who use it in a similar way.
