Breeze and Converse allow you to include emails that have a certain subject line or ignore email with certain subject line.

To do that you can use the Subject like Regular Expression and Subject not like Regular Expression. For example "out of office|auto reply" in the subject not like field will ignore emails with auto reply or out of office in the subject line.
