This Gemini community support site can be used to find solutions to product issues. You can log in using Open Id, Google Profile and even Facebook. Converse - Reply setting


Converse allows you to set the reply type (notification) that clients (emailers) can receive when sending an email to the support mailbox:

  1. None - Do not send any reply back to the client.
  2. Acknowledge - Send an "item created" email to the client.
  3. Notify - Send an "item created" and any item updates alerts to the client.

You can also customize these alerts per mailbox.
