Item Watchers

Aside from project level alerts, users can also be made to watch specific items.

When viewing an item click on the Watchers tab and use the autocomplete user finder box to select and set the user as an item watcher.

In the above example the “Client Person” will receive an automated email alert each time the item is updated, regardless of their project level alert settings.
