Enabling API support

Gemini provides a full RESTful API. Under normal circumstances the API is accessible after installation.

However, for IIS 6 certain additional steps are required in order to ensure that HTTP PUT/DELETE verbs are allowed for the .ASHX file extension.

Windows XP

Either select the “All Verbs” option, or add the “PUT” and “DELETE” verbs to the existing verbs list.

Windows Server 2003

Either select the “All Verbs” option, or add the “PUT” and “DELETE” verbs to the existing verbs list.
