Gemini Community Support Site
This Gemini community support site can be used to find solutions to product issues. You can log in using Open Id, Google Profile and even Facebook. Feel free to ask a question or browse FAQs and documentation. Product tour videos are also available along with how-to videos demonstrating key Gemini capabilities. |
Dashboard
Each project is self-contained within it’s own project specific Dashboard.
Top left of the dashboard contains the the description of the project and top percentage breakdowns of selected metrics.
To the right of these percentages is the week-on-week project activity indicator. You can see the amount of new items created, existing items updated, and the amount of comments generated within this project.
To the right of the activity grid you may see project specific attributes as defined by administrators.
These project custom attributes can help you convey useful project specific information to users who visit the project’s dashboard. You can place phone numbers, links and other referential type information.
The opening dashboard view provides a summary of open items by the eight attributes tracked by default:
- Project Component
- Project Version
- Project Resource
- Item Type
- Item Priority
- Item Severity
- Item Status
- Item Resolution
Every link is clickable and will display the items that site behind the number.
Note that each project can have it’s own specific meta data such as priorities, status values, components and versions. Furthermore, item breakdowns can be hidden from view using the Screens facility within Gemini. For example, if severity does not apply to your business/project, why would you show it?
