The Project Code should be unique and no more than ten characters.
The Project Lead is an autocomplete box that allows you to nominally select a project lead.
The Permissions option details the which permissions definition will be used for the project. Permissions define who can see what and when as well as defining the resources for the project.
The Type, Priority, Severity Group options defines the dropdown contents for the item type, priority and severity fields.
The Workflow option defines the default workflow for all Items within the project (e.g. Bug, Ticket, Enhancement, Task). Any Item level workflows will always override the this project level workflow setting.

Individual or multiple projects can be backed up into a proprietary Gemini format (JSON based).
An existing Project with it’s Components, Versions, Items and Custom Fields can be saved as a template.
Once saved, a project template can be used to create new projects that can be pre-populated with Components, Versions and Items as per the template definition.
New projects can be created based upon either an existing project or a save project template.
