Testing in Gemini consists of the following concepts:

  • Test Plan – represents a collection of Test Cases.
  • Test Case – a discrete piece of testing activity that has a PASS/FAIL outcome.
  • Test Run – represents a Test Cases that were tested at a point in time.

Custom Screens

Each of the above concepts has it’s own screen definition that allows your own Custom Fields to be included.

First, define your screen.

Next, attach the screen definition to the appropriate section.

Test Types

Every Test Case must have a Test Type that describes the type of test being performed. Gemini ships with pre-defined types that can changed, deleted – or add your own.
